In case of color fade or any other quality concerns, simply follow these steps:

1. 📸 Take a clear photo of the product showing the issue.
2. 🧾 Keep your Order ID handy for quick reference.
3. ✉️ Email us at support@xctasy.co with the product image and Order ID.

Our customer support executive will get in touch with you within 24–48 hours to assist with the replacement process.

📸 Photo Quality Matters

Please ensure that the photo you upload is clear and high-quality.
The better the photo, the better the engraving quality will be.

If the image is blurry or unclear, the engraving may not turn out as expected,
and we may not be able to offer any replacement in such cases.
